About Oberon
The second largest and outermost of the five major moons of Uranus. Discovered by William Herschel in 1787. Dark patches on the surface may be cryovolcanic deposits. Has a mountain about 11 km high. Surface is heavily cratered and ancient. Named after the king of the fairies in Shakespeares A Midsummer Nights Dream.
