About Nessus
A centaur with a 122-year orbit stretching from the Saturn region out toward the Kuiper Belt. Discovered in 1993 by the Spacewatch survey. Its orbit remains stable for millions of years despite crossing the giant planet zone. Has a very red surface like many centaurs. Named after another centaur of Greek mythology.
