About Kleopatra
A metallic asteroid shaped like a dog bone, revealed by radar imaging in 2000. The elongated body stretches about 270 km long. Has two small moons, Alexhelios and Cleoselene, discovered in 2008. Likely the shattered remnant of an ancient violent collision. Discovered in 1880 by Johann Palisa. Named after the Egyptian queen.
