About Juno
The third asteroid ever discovered, found by Karl Harding in 1804. Once ranked as a full planet, now a large S-type asteroid. Reflects about a quarter of the sunlight that hits it, among the brighter asteroids. Its orbit is fairly inclined, taking it well above the plane of the belt. Bright enough for binoculars at favorable oppositions.
