About Chaos
A classical Kuiper Belt object discovered in 1998 by the Deep Ecliptic Survey. One of the brighter objects in the region, suggesting an icy surface. Takes about three centuries to orbit the Sun. Its size makes it a dwarf planet candidate in some listings. Named after the void state that existed before creation in Greek mythology.
