About Charon

So large relative to Pluto that the two orbit a common center of gravity between them. Has a dark reddish polar cap called Mordor Macula. Canyon systems deeper than the Grand Canyon stretch across the surface. Probably formed from a collision similar to how Earths Moon formed. Discovered in 1978. Tidally locked with Pluto.
